Harbor Seal Rookery
We are extremely lucky here at Point Cabrillo to have a cove just south of the lighthouse that is the perfect place for Harbor Seals to raise their pups. The inlet into the cove is narrow, and the cove has a small beach and rocks to rest on so that as the new babies learn to swim, they also have a place to rest.
