Kristin Gordon, Interpretation Manager

Kristin Gordon arrived Point Cabrillo State Historic Park as a volunteer in 2020 and soon became an employee. As a certified Naturalist, Kristin shares her passion and knowledge with the public by interpreting the natural and cultural history of Point Cabrillo State Historic Park. 

Kristin spent much of her childhood and adult life here on the Mendocino Coast. Over the years, Kristin has witnessed significant environmental change on the Mendocino Coast. These changes have inspired Kristin to provide environmental education and to raise awareness by providing guided walks, programs and school field trips. In her free time, Kristin can be found hiking the local trails, and playing with clay.
